Yes. A free JP drop-in service operates at the Pāpāmoa Library (Community Centre), 15 Gravatt Road. No appointment needed. Sessions run: Monday 4:30pm–6:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am–12:00 noon, Saturday 10:00am–12:00 noon. Operated by the Bay of Plenty Justice of the Peace Association.
