Enrolling in a Pāpāmoa School

Most Pāpāmoa schools are zoned, meaning in-zone families have priority. Out-of-zone enrolments may be available if the school has capacity - contact the school directly to check. Zone boundaries change, so always verify with the school before buying or renting.

1
Check the school zone
Use the Ministry of Education’s Find a School tool to check whether your address falls within the zone of your preferred school.
2
Contact the school
Call or email the school office to ask about enrolment availability and to request an enrolment pack. Most schools have a specific process and a meet-and-greet step before formal enrolment.
3
Provide proof of address
Most zoned schools require a tenancy agreement, rates notice or sale/purchase agreement as evidence of in-zone residence. Have this ready before the meeting.
4
Plan for uniform and stationery
All Pāpāmoa schools require a uniform. Several schools sell uniforms through their school office or a designated uniform shop. Stationery lists are typically published on each school’s website before the start of the year.
