The Wagon operates from Unit 1, 8 Toorea Street in the Pāpāmoa Junction commercial precinct - the mixed-use development off Te Okuroa Drive that has attracted a growing cluster of food, retail and trade businesses on the eastern edge of Pāpāmoa. The venue holds an on-licence issued by the Tauranga District Licensing Committee.
The kitchen focuses on gourmet burgers made with quality meat, locally sourced vegetables, house-made sauces and freshly baked brioche buns. Signature options include The Wagon Wheel (double beef patty, American cheese, pickles, Wagon sauce) and the Smoky BBQ (beef patty, streaky bacon, smoked cheddar, BBQ glaze, crispy onion rings). Gluten-free options are available. The drinks list covers craft cocktails, beer and wine.
The Toorea Street location has good vehicle access and ample parking, serving both local residents in Pāpāmoa East and those travelling through on State Highway 2. Pickup and delivery are available through Order Meal, with typical hours running Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 9pm.
